I used to be a mature child, now I’m just a childish woman.

I’m Leah. Thanks for being here.

I was lucky enough to grow up with the most supportive/arts-appreciating parents and loving/protective four older brothers that I never had to question whether or not to follow my passions that arrived young. Because of their love following my heart became instinct.

Dance, theatre and music were my tickles, and my training occupied most of my youth. I don’t have many memories outside of my arts school, a dance studio, seated in a theater, next to my boombox, weekends and summers in far away training facilities, practicing theory and scales, eating meals in the car or late night homework. I do remember stealing the family car without a license to escape with my best friend to Taco Bell once though, and this seems like the proper time and place to finally confess that.

I began to experiment with choreography as a young teen, and upon audience reception I knew it was a calling.

Fast forward: Just a few years out of high school as a thriving young professional dancer and educator in Los Angeles and later Las Vegas, the next transition into production was intuitively effortless. Having met a like-minded creative on a job as a fellow dancer, we paired up on what would turn out to be a 12 year creative partnership.

After writing, directing and crowd-funding our own wildly successful off-Broadway show, we quickly became known in the Las Vegas entertainment multiverse as the young, fresh and bold duo of creators with massive potential ahead of us. It was this that caught the eye of visionary director Franco Dragone, who took us under his wing as our mentor and encouraged us to fly as directors for his newest multimillion dollar water show residency in the Chinese rainforest.

It was then that I truly bit the apple - directing on this scale was it. Then 27 years old, I spread my creative wings.

It was this experience that solidified us as real players in the industry and the reason I can now recall countless memories in creation alongside so many respected artists, collaborators and companies over the next eight years of our shared career. It’s amazing what one person’s belief in you can catalyze.

As one must continue to evolve in both life and creativity, I now fly freely on my own in creative endeavors. Now, years later, with more hard-earned wisdom, humility and hunger for reaching new places than I know what to do with, I spread my wings again.

I am a curious and wild lover - of people, experience, art and life - and crave to extend this love of the human experience through different mediums to people everywhere. My intuition and experience guide me and the joy of collaboration and my relentless curiosity to understand people drive me. In constant personal and creative evolution, I am a shapeshifter, storyteller and innovator for as long as I have ever known, and for as far as I can see.

And if we’re lucky, we’ll dive into a new Universe together.

Meet you there.

Come with me and you’ll be in a world of pure imagination.
